Add 1 cup (measure) mix to one cup (measure) water and half cup sour curd to form batter.
Set aside for 5 minutes.
On the medium flame, grease 1 and a half tablespoons of oil on a tawa and spread it evenly.
Rub the tawa gently with the damp cloth. Spread some droplets of water on the hot tawa and rub the tawa with a cloth.
Spread sufficient batter on a hot tawa on medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the sides. Roast till golden brown; serve hot.
