We are concerned with the recent proliferation of fraudulent and infringing activities of people who are trying to make illegal profit by offering goods posing as they are part of the PATANJALI AYURVED LTD and its group companies/trust and thereby causing immense damage to the reputation and goodwill of our brands.

Specifically, it has come to our attention that some third parties by email / phone giving the false proposal to become PATANAJLI AYURVED LTD and its group companies/trust distributors. They normally provide some similar website name to deposit the application form. On accessing the website, they force you to pay the online payment for submitting the form or they provide some bank details to deposit the payment. This is not the practice of PATANJALI AYURVED LTD or its group companies/trust. So, please desist from doing so.

Similarly, we also came to know that some third parties issuing the fake appointment letter for the confirm jobs in PATANJALI AYURVED LIMITED or in its group companies/trust against some money. Please be aware of such fake appointment letter.

We also want to share with you that some third parties representing themselves as representative of PATANJALI AYURVED PRIVATE LIMITED, PATANJALI PRIVATE LIMITED, PATANJALI LIMITED and please note that these companies are not registered companies under the Companies Act 2013 and not having any relationship with PATANJALI AYURVED LTD and its group companies/trust.

Please take note that PATANAJLI AYURVED LIMITED or its group companies/trust are not in any way connected/associated with these emails / phone call / SMS or websites and therefore cannot be held liable for the actions of either the perpetrators or their victims. PATANAJLI AYURVED LIMITED or its group companies/trust don’t charge money from the candidates by any mode. The public in general are also advised not to be attracted or lured by any of their communication which solicit payments and promise products or promise jobs.

हमारे संज्ञान में आया हैं कि कुछ लोग ईमेल एवं फ़ोन के द्वारा देश के विभिन्न स्थानों पर आम नागरिकों को नौकरी अथवा व्यवसाय (पतंजलि के डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर इत्यादि) संबंधी झूठे ऑफर/ प्रस्ताव/ दे रहें हैं| ऐसे तत्व आम तौर पर किसी वेबसाइट का नाम देते हैं और फिर आवेदन / एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म जमा करने के लिए सलाह देते हैं, और जब कोई ऐसे वेबसाइट पर फॉर्म जमा करने जाता हैं तो उसे कुछ धन भुगतान / पेमेंट करने के लिए कहा जाता हैं अथवा कोई बैंक अकाउंट नंबर दिया जाता हैं और उसमे पैसा जमा करने के लिए कहा जाता हैं | हम यह स्पष्ट तोर पर सर्व साधारण को सूचित करते हैं और आगाह करते हैं कि पतंजलि एवं पतंजलि से जुडी कोई भी संस्था या ट्रस्ट का इस प्रकार ई मेल से अथवा वेब साईट से नौकरी अथवा डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरशिप के लिए नियुक्ति अथवा निर्णय नहीं लेती !
