I am having bad breath and 5 to 6 teeth have been affected by pyria issues. I am using it from a week and my bad breath is going away. salive production is increasing. Tooth feels strong. Thanks to Patanjali u people are great.

product is very nice but packaging is worst. i ordered 2 units. when i opened the box, most of the powder spills out from bottle and spread inside the carton box.
