Take 1 -2 grams of kwath in powder in 200 ml water and boil it, till 50 ml. mixture left, then filter it and left it cool, Drink this empty stomach in morning 1/2-1hour before breakfast and repeat this method in evening drink it 1/2-1hour before meal. Or as directed by the physician.
